A NEW TAX HAVEN FOR THE SUPER RICH
Despite the tragic effects of Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico continues as a highly sought-after location for extremely wealthy Americans to reside. I discuss why many are making this off-shore U.S. territory their primary home. Laws enacted nearly four years ago were designed to make Puerto Rico a global investment destination. Corporations pay only a 4% tax and personal income, capital gains, and dividends are not taxed.
